In these challenging times, our thoughts are with all those who have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic. We wanted to take this opportunity to share with you the precautions we are taking in our showroom in response to the outbreak.

As our number one priority is the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers, we have expanded our daily practices to maintain a clean and safe environment within our showroom. We are applying the Public Health England and World Health Organisation’s recommended health and hygiene practices to all aspects of the business and politely request that all customers who come into the showroom adhere to these.

  • Clean your hands often. We have hand wash stations available for your use.
  • Avoid shaking hands and personal contact.
  • Cover coughs and sneezes. Throw used tissues in the bin and wash your hands immediately.
  • Stay home if you are sick or have been in contact with anyone who is now self-isolating.
  • Stay home if you have recently visited areas where COVID-19 is spreading.

We have made sure that all our staff understand the role each of us can play to help prevent the spread of germs, including thorough hand washing, avoiding contact with people who are ill and, of course, staying home if they are not feeling well. In line with UK government guidance, we are continuing to operate as usual.

Our showroom remains open for business and we look forward to welcoming you. However, if you have an concerns about coming into the showroom, we have contingencies in place which gives staff the ability to conduct meetings by phone or email where required. This will provide us with the facility to continue to support all our customers with a business as usual attitude and be as available as we normally are.

Like everyone we hope the situation improves very soon but, in the meantime, plans are in place for our team and our customers.We will continue to keep in touch with you and if you have any concerns please do contact us.
