CONTRASTING DARK CONCRETE AND TEXTURED WARM TIMBER TONES
This project started with a building phase, knocking through an existing kitchen, dining room & hallway, making better use of the space to create a large, open plan ‘L’ shape living space. The new open plan room with glazed sliding doors made for a bright, spacious feel which would be more than adequate to accommodate the dark contrasting colour that the customer desired.
Caesarstone Bianco Drift quartz worktops and a mixed tone, oak effect Amtico floor in a herringbone style lifts the whole room and adds warmth for a more homely feel, perfect for the soft seating to be incorporated into the dining area.
The kitchen island has been designed with dining at one end and casual seating at the other, perfect for the making this space more sociable and the ideal space for entertaining.
