Like all non essential business, we have to close our doors and stay at home. We are however continuing to operate where possible to support our existing customers and assist with new customer enquiries.
Opening Times
Our staff are working from home and our phones are diverted accordingly. You can call us as normal during office hours and continue to receive advice and support regarding new or existing kitchen projects. All staff have access to our design software so we are still able to design your dream kitchens and bedrooms.
Remote Presentations
We’re able to allow our customers to connect to our presentation systems from their home computers. It’s as easy as clicking on a link and putting a password in – Super simple! This means you can see designs and kitchen solutions in exactly the same way we would show you face to face, just from the comfort of your home!
Remote Measurement Assistance
We will now be accepting your own measurements as the first part of the process to allow us to get the initial designs drawn up. If you need some help with this, we can walk you through how to measure your own rooms using FaceTime or WhatsApp video calls.
Alternatively, if you have architect’s or builder’s plans already drawn up, you can email these over to us in PDF format. Once you are happy with the designs and wish to proceed, we will then look to schedule an appointment once restrictions on working and travel have been lifted. This is to ensure the measurements are 100% accurate and prevent any potential costly mistakes from happening during the manufacturing or fitting process.
Ongoing Communication & Inspiration
We’re looking to keep in touch with all our clients to inspire and provide the same levels of services we usually do, albeit on a remote basis. We’ll be doing a series of articles to keep our clients well informed, so you can continue to remain inspired about your dream kitchen project. We’re doing everything we can think of to ensure continuity and keep our kitchen projects moving forward as far as we are able to. Once the restrictions are lifted, and we are able to move forward, we’ll be best prepared to make your dream kitchen a reality.
